To halt theglobal increase of myopia, we are conducting researchon our novel violet light theory. Our dream isto protect children from myopia through our new myopia prevention method andclinical applications. Besides medical approaches, we believe there existfactors in our lifestyle that worsen myopia, forwhich we will offer evidence-based solutions.Myopia, especially high myopia, is a risk factorfor blindness. Our goal is to protect children from myopia and offer them a healthy vision life.

Development of Innovative Treatment forDry Eye

Based on the knowledge of our FoundingScientist, Prof. Kazuo Tsubota, we are working on the development of innovativetreatments, prevention and medical devices fordry eyes. An evidence-based dietary supplement for prevention and also simplediagnostic tools have been developed. Our challenge isto continue the development of a patent-pending novel medical device to moistenthe eyes.

Innovative Solutions for Presbyopia

Presbyopia can be considered as a sign ofaging, not only in eyes but the entire body. It has been thought to be inevitable under the aging process, and the mostcommon solution that clinicians provide remains “readingglasses”. We are developing anti-oxidant supplementsfor its prevention, as well as measurementtechniques for stiffness of the crystalline lens.
